It looks like the much-desired curb repairs may be underway. I noticed a number of these seemingly strategically placed orange cones in downtown this morning. They appear to be located where the curb is particularly in need of repair.

The NDDC’s Action Squad identified this as a priority, let’s say, many moons ago (the same time I starting harping on bike racks) as a modest but important project for the downtown infrastructure. The individual particularly championing this project has been NDDC Vice President Joe Grundhoefer. Won’t Joe be please to see progress being made on this issue when he arrives at work this morning…
