The downtown sidewalk thugs have struck again. In June, it was Jim Crow’s Mustang convertible.

This week it was Brian Jermaland’s Nissan 350Z. I captured some video of the before-sunrise abusing of the car.
The thugs were clearly high on some kind of mood-altering chemical. Click photo to enlarge.
