The 3rd Annual JuneBug Festival of Music will provide the score for this weekend. From Wednesday through Saturday, there will be the sound of Minnesota Music in the air of downtown.
Wednesday, June 23rd, it’s Carey Langer, 5 p.m., New Moon Trio, 8 p.m., and the Peter Ricke Trio, 11 p.m., at the Contented Cow and The Bratlanders, 8 to 11 p.m., at the Upstairs Rueb’N’Stein.
Thursday, June 24th, it’s Small Town Anthem, 5 p.m., Fish Frye, 8 p.m., and Marty Anderson & the Good, 11 p.m., at the Contented Cow and Bonnie and the Clydes, 8 to 11 p.m., at the Upstairs Rueb’N’Stein. There’s also a Community Band Concert, 7 p.m., Bridge Square, an Art Opening Reception – Richard Rock: Picturing History and Riki Kolbl Nelson: Dress/Undress along with the annual Art in Bloom, 7 to 9 p.m., Northfield Arts Guild Gallery, and Area 51, 8 to 11 p.m., Tavern Lounge.
Friday, June 25th, it’s Occasional Jazz, 5 p.m., Beguine Brothers, 7 p.m., Area 51, 9 p.m., RCAs, 11 p.m., at the Contented Cow and Burning Chrome, 9 p.m., at the Upstairs Rueb’N’Stein.
