We just received the following message from Councilor Buckheit:

“The city says that downtown business owners will be allowed into their property to assess damage later today – west side owners will meet at Ames Mill, east side at Bridge Square. We did not get a definite time about when this would happen, but I wanted to let you know so you could get any information out to downtown folks.”
