Downtown Residents Social

Friday, June 10, 2005 (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

Happy Hour social in the garden on the river at the Kjerland Building, 217 S. Water Street (if rain: ArtOnWater Gallery).

Champagne at 5:00 pm – please join us – whether presently living downtown, or have residents in your spaces, or are thinking about one of the 200 new downtown condos or just love downtown – you are welcome; snacks and wets welcome, too, if you wish to bring something.

Please spread the word and come meet your downtown neighbors.

The NDDC believes that additional residents in downtown will greatly contribute to its vitality. We anticipate that residents will have interests and concerns that sometimes may be different than those of businesses and visitors. We’re glad that they are gathering together; they will help us make a better downtown.
