Be sure to check out the article in the today’s (6/21) Strib South Section about the proposed Burnsville community theater.
In it, they run a comparison of southern community theaters, specifically Bloomington, Hopkins (that’s south of the river?), Lakeville and Northfield. Not only does the NAG have the highest receipts of the four, they are the only theater that doesn’t lose money.
I think that this comparison says much about the vibrancy of the arts in Northfield. John Villani are you listening?
