This year brings us the 12th season of the Bridge Chamber Music Festival.  There are three concerts and a recital during the week-long festival, and two of them are this weekend.

Thursday, August 19th, Bridge Chamber Music Festival Concert II, 7:30 p.m., Concert Hall on the Carleton College campus, Carey Langer, 8 p.m., Contented Cow, Mr. Sticky, 8 to 11 p.m., Tavern Lounge, and Karaoke at Froggy Bottoms.

Friday, August 20th, Farmers’ Market, 11:45 a.m., Riverside Park, Occasional Jazz, 5 p.m., Contented Cow, Tim Freeland, 6 to 8:30 p.m., Butler’s Steak & Ale, Bonnie and the Clydes, 8 p.m., Contented Cow, Relativity, 8 to 11 p.m., Tavern Lounge, and D J Music at the Rueb’N’Stein.

Saturday, August 21st, Farmers’ Market at Riverside Park and Riverwalk Market Fair along the Riverwalk, 9 a.m., down by the river, Vintage Baseball, 1 p.m., St. Olaf College campus, Wendy Russell, 6 p.m., Butler’s Steak & Ale, Dime-Store Watch, 8 p.m., Contented Cow, Norwegian Cowboy, 8 to 11 p.m., Tavern Lounge, and D J Music at the Rueb’N’Stein.

Sunday, August 22nd, Politics and a Pint, 6 p.m., Contented Cow, Bridge Chamber Music Festival Concert III, 7:30 p.m., Concert Hall on the Carleton College campus, and Quiz Night, 8 p.m., Contented Cow.
