NDDC and Rotary Celebrate Our Community at The Grand

The Northfield Downtown Development Corporation (NDDC) and the Northfield Rotary are inviting all of Northfield to come downtown and celebrate our community on Friday, February 11th, at the Grand Event Center, 316 Washington Street in Northfield, Minnesota.

The theme is “We (Heart) Northfield”.  We (Heart) our authentic downtown, our historic architecture, our wild and scenic river, our quality businesses and cultural institutions, and our fine schools and medical facilities.  The list could go on…and will go on, at our upcoming event at the Grand.

We’ll start it off by thanking our partners and members, and then we’ll open the doors to the entire community to celebrate Northfield.  It’ll be an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of the NDDC, the Rotary, and all of the community-based organizations in Northfield…and have a whole lot of fun in the process.

The event will feature the music of Trailer Trash, Minnesota’s premier honky tonk band.  We’ll open with a short swing dance instruction session and then we’ll dance the night away, (Heart)ing our downtown, (Heart)ing Northfield, and (Heart)ing our community.  Doors open at 7:45 (there will be a $10 cover charge).

This is a great opportunity to shake off cabin fever, cold weather, and those Minnesota winter blues…while celebrating all that we (Heart) about our community.  So come on down(town) to The Grand and celebrate Northfield.

The NDDC is a non-partisan, non-profit community organization dedicated to the vitality and vibrancy of downtown Northfield.  For more information, contact Executive Director Ross Currier at (507) 663-0319 or rcurrier@nddc.org.
