This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, St. Olaf alumni will be gathering for their class reunions. As an exciting new feature for this year, there will be a hospitality tent in the Water Street parking lot across from the downtown post office. A number of bands, featuring former and current Northfield area residents (and St. Olaf alums), will perform in the tent on Friday and Saturday nights.
Friday, June 3rd: Occasional Jazz and Tango Orchestra, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Contented Cow; Exhibit Opening: Honors Art, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Northfield Arts Guild; Ray Coudret, 8:00 to 11:30 p.m., Tavern Lounge; New Moon Trio, 8:30 to 11:00 p.m., Contented Cow; Karaoke, 9:00 p.m., Rueb’N’Stein; and 32 Below, 9:00 p.m. 12:30 a.m., St. Olaf Hospitality Tent.
Saturday, June 4th: Riverwalk Market Fair: Season Opener, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Riverwalk on the Cannon; Chris Koza, 6:00 to 9:30 p.m., Contented Cow; Jon Manners, 8:00 to 11:30 p.m., Tavern Lounge; D J Music at the Rueb’N’Stein and 620 Grill; and Storyhill, Rogue Valley, and The Bratlanders, 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., St. Olaf Hospitality Tent.
Sunday, June 5th: 90th Birthday Party for Maggie Lee, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., Grand Event Center; Politics & a Pint, 6:30 p.m., Northern Roots Session, 7:30 p.m., and Quiz Night, 8:00 p.m., all at the Contented Cow.
