There’s no more refined way to start your weekend than an Exhibit Opening at the Northfield Arts Guild.  Small Works, a diverse range of small artworks at or under 6″ by 6″ by 12″ by forty artists from around Minnesota (juried by Stephen Mohring of Carleton College and John Saurer of St. Olaf College), opens with a reception on Friday night.  On the other hand, you could start your weekend with the New Moon Trio at the Contented Cow, right across the alley, and then check out the opening.
