Northfield Chamber of Commerce

Creates, promotes, and enhances a healthy business environment for the Northfield area. Resources include detailed demographics, current land availability, analysis of local business climate, referrals to assisting agencies and governmental bodies, marketing opportunities for members, workshops, and community promotional materials.

Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers (MCCD)

Twin Cities-based nonprofit Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers (MCCD) provides no-cost, one-on-one business support for entrepreneurs and small business owners in Northfield through its Open To Business program. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Business and strategic planning
  • Marketing and communications planning
  • Regulatory, tax, license and accounting training
  • Financial assessment
  • Networking and referrals
  • Access to capital

MCCD offers free office hours (Open to Business) every month at the Northfield Public Library.
