The NDDC is committed to working with any individual or group that finds value in creating a vibrant and vital downtown business district. Our mission is clear. Collaboration and cooperation are our touchstones.

We feel that marvelous things can be accomplished when we work together and that a community divided will accomplish little. As a result, we  work closely with the Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Authority, the Northfield Enterprise Center, City Council, the Planning Commission, the Northfield Arts Guild and others.

As a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization we can do things that others cannot and receive support from quarters that are unavailable to others. We will use our strength to build a stronger downtown and a stronger Northfield.
